Why I'm building this team.

A couple of years ago I was pouring drinks in the best rooms in Aspen. Then I was knocking doors in the heat, hearing no a hundred times a day. I was good at both. I just wasn't building anything that was mine.

Then I went all in on life insurance, and in less than a year I became the #1 producing agent at Pinnacle Life Group. Not because I'm special. Because I found the right vehicle and I refused to be average inside of it.

Now I'm looking for a few people who want that for themselves. I'll train you, I'll mentor you, and I'll show you exactly how I close. What I can't give you is the hunger. You bring that.

Do I need to be licensed?

No. Licensed and unlicensed people can both apply. If you aren't licensed yet, the team will walk you through getting your life license.

Do I need sales experience?

It helps, but it isn't required. Dame was a bartender before this. Being coachable and willing to work matters more.

Why do I need money to start?

You're building a business, not taking a job. Licensing, setup and getting started all cost money. The exact numbers are covered on your call.

Is this salaried?

No. Agents are paid on what they produce. That's why the upside is real, and why it isn't for everyone.
